As an admin, I loved visiting classrooms & watching teachers in action. When I left, I would leave a post it note on their desk telling them how lucky their students were to have them & share something I learned or enjoyed about the visit. I called them
"Post-its of Praise"

I can’t imagine a better way to end this day. I am feeling thankful for not only this sunset, but also my kinders! Being without power was not a challenge for them! They TOTALLY rocked this day! My teacher heart is full! 🖤
