Dari dulu hanya punya tiga prioritas:
1. Diri sendiri (Makan sehat, tidur cukup, olahraga, mindfulness)
2. Pekerjaan (with social impact)
3. Ngurus anak (sangat detail, dari urusan gizi, jam tidur, akademis, non akademis hingga kesehatan mental)
Selain tiga hal diatas, ngga gw kasih ruang untuk mengambil energi, waktu dan fokus gw.

Fyi aja, populasi dunia ada 8,3 miliar manusia dengan perjuangan yg beda2. Banyak yg terlalu sibuk bertahan hidup sampe ga sempet ngikutin isu2 terkini. Kalo semisal ketemu org yg ga tahu apa2, cukup beri tahu aja, ga perlu ngehujat. Edukasi itu merangkul, bukan memukul.
Ya Allah, please protect me from making decisions that I will regret. Grant me clarity in my thoughts and guide me towards what is best for me. Keep me grounded in faith and help me trust Your plan, even when the path seems uncertain.
intinya mah if you don't have something nice to say then keep your mouth shut, bcs your words kadang malah jadi alesan dia nangis tiap malem and asking to themselves what's wrong or being insecure about themselves, worse case? they committed to suicide
But don't forget to invest in your brain & personality too. Since superficial beauty fades the earliest.
When you've got brain & personality, people will still respect you even if they see wrinkles on your face.
