Raise Complaint regarding IndianOil petrol pump, No. 34/1, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru

On 19 July 2026 at ~7:20 AM, I visited the IndianOil outlet at No. 34/1, Nelamangala Kulumepalye, Tumkur Road, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562123.

Issues:
• Staff refused free tyre inflation (mandatory free service as per guidelines) and directed me to a paid location nearby.
• Restroom was in very unsanitary condition. Staff said they could not clean it.
• Manager and employees were rude and unprofessional.

Request immediate investigation, action on hygiene standards, and proper staff training for customer service.

Most important and long-pending work — laying new roads in every gully across Bengaluru, which was earlier neglected by @DKShivakumar sir & now by you.

Green Bengaluru, road encroachments, towing old vehicles are appreciated. But the main work is missing.

Killer roads have been killing us for the past 3 years.

Second location: Arrow Mark is"Arunachalam main road", the entire stretch, from Papareddy Palya Bus Stop.

Footpath work & cleaning initiative is excellent, but new roads in gullies are neglected, why?.

Respected @DKShivakumar Sir, please provide funds for new roads. We've suffered for 3 years; how many more years should we suffer?. I got back pain because of you. @siddaramaiah sir did no work other than giving freebies.

@narendramodi @nsitharaman Kindly provide funds and support to @krishnabgowda for Bengaluru development. He is the last hope. The last three years we suffered heavily due to bad roads & no footpath. I hope they will lay new roads in every gully. I have 14 months old daughter, I hope we will get a footpath to walk.

We are happy with footpath encouragement work, hoping he will lay new roads in every gully irrespective of BJP or Congress area. We need better standard of living
