In a boxing world of he said/she said it is nice to have a real story with some meat on the bones: Amy Broadhurst is back. Two years out. Baby. Controvery. Dedication. Sacrifice. She fights May 21-26 Eindoven Box Cup. The ambition is LA28. It’s a proper story.
I caught up with Amy Broadhurst a few weeks ago to chat about her return to the ring post pregnancy, the logistics of her training with Team GB and how her son Luca has given her more motivation than ever.

It’s mad with everything I achieved to date in boxing the most known thing I’m known for over the last year is beating Imane khelif.. I also won a world & European gold guys xx
I met Amy Broadhurst during the week. One of the most fascinating people in Irish sport. Few athletes have such inner strength - boxing, pregnanacy and her enduring Olympic dream. https://t.co/VDoKdnVIsM
@Ryanair should be ashamed yourselves! Travelling with the same back for years and I was pulled today to pay a €75 fee bear in mind it was a suitcase. But the worst part was your workers wouldn’t let people on the flight because they had the wrong bank card!! Disgraceful!
@Hypnoteq@Shatterface@Janeanon13 Go and do your research love and you’ll see I also boxed Imane Khelif. Judging by my experience in the ring with this person I made an opinion. I’m allowed to have an opinion without you shoving yours down my throat.
