The General Assembly mandated the Electoral Committee to automatically enrol all eligible voters and conduct a test run. Prior to adopting the resolution, the General Assembly considered the recent threats made by the President

ASU UK General Assembly on 29/09/23 passed a vote of no confidence and removed Chief Patrick Mokwe as President. This was due to incessant abuse of power, financial impropriety, breaches of the constitution, intimidation, threatening behaviour and other cases of gross misconduct
