The Legislative Office of Fiscal Transparency met this morning to report whether or not Oklahoma DHS faces the same type of systemic fraud as seen in Minnesota. The good news is, DHS does not. The bad news is, LOFT identified other vulnerabilities the agency should target. 🧵
