LayerZero is live on @trondao!
TRON ecosystem developers can now seamlessly expand their applications to 65+ other networks. Developers on other LayerZero-supported networks are enabled to deploy their applications to TRON mainnet.
Sybil bounty submissions are re-opening shortly under a new process on Commonwealth that will require a bond.
Submission Criteria
We are implementing a bonding mechanism into sybil bounty reporting, which means only addresses that post a bond are eligible to submit a report on Commonwealth.
Bonds will be returned for reports submitted in good faith and/or deemed successful. Bonds will be returned after TGE.
Bonds will NOT be returned and will be burned if reports are:
- Taking credit for other people's work
- Fraudulent in any way
- Lacking methodology
- Spam
To submit a report, all bounty hunters must post a bond of 0.5 ETH from a reward address to the following address:
0x074add683db5b42D67e002aF3F8CaaF89dFef715
Addresses that post a bond will be whitelisted to post a report to Commonwealth. Bounty hunters who reported on Github already should pay the bond from the reward address listed in their original Github post.
Here is an example of a comprehensive and conclusive report: https://t.co/MEK3PFSQvt
Timeline
- Saturday, May 25th, 02:00 UTC: Bounty hunters can deposit bonds to the address above.
- Tuesday, May 28th, 00:00 UTC: Bounty hunting reporting will reopen on Commonwealth for 48 hours. A link will be provided then.
- Thursday, May 30th, 00:00 UTC: Bonding and submissions will close.
Submission Review
Bonded addresses will be cross-referenced with Github reports and their reward addresses. Reports submitted on Github and bonded will be reviewed first.
New reports will be evaluated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Successful reports will be able to claim their 10% bounty at TGE.
LayerZero is live on @SkaleNetwork, an open-source network designed to scale Ethereum. It offers zero gas fees through a blockchain-as-a-service subscription model.
Developers in the SKALE ecosystem can now seamlessly connect to over 70 other chains via LayerZero!
In @LayerZero_Labs's v2 upgrade, a new world of vertical and horizontal composability has been unlocked.
@twMattt from @tapioca_dao unpacks how LayerZero transforms crosschain execution.
@build_on_bob , or "Build on Bitcoin," is a hybrid L2 merging Bitcoin's security with Ethereum's innovation.
It enables users to access Ethereum's dapps, stablecoins, NFTs, and DeFi offerings while staying within the Bitcoin network.
With LayerZero integrated, BOB will be able to connect to 65+ other blockchains.
This will allow developers across both Bitcoin and EVM ecosystems to seamlessly deploy their applications to BOB and other LayerZero-supported chains.
We believe it is in the protocol's best interest to distribute tokens to durable users — not sybil farmers.
If you are a sybil, you have two options:
– Self-report sybil addresses for 15% of your intended allocation. No questions asked. The deadline to do so is May 17th.
– Do not report and receive nothing when an address is flagged by our internal sybil report or by bounty hunters.

The bullet point you should focus is the final bullet point
"If you think you are a Sybil, you are most likely a Sybil"
If you're a real user who tested merkly or used it for a gas drop -- you're probably not a sybil.
If you literally only ever used merkly to send NFT in a circle -- you are probably a sybil
Sybil Report
LayerZero has been working with industry-leading partners @chaoslabs and @nansen_ai to conduct our sybil detection report. This analysis will consider every user’s total transactions weighted across all LayerZero applications with the goal of aligning TGE with developers and durable users. It will be co-published after the sybil self-report deadline.
The sybil detection process is outlined here:

Other
We have received inbound requests from users about mistakenly self-reporting as sybil. The site will have a “Cancel Sybil Report” option starting tomorrow May 7th at 12PM PST. It will be live through the end of the self-reporting period on May 18th.
Stay tuned for more information in the coming days.
MOR, the native token powering the Morpheus ecosystem, is now an OFT on Ethereum, Arbitrum, and other L2s.
@MorpheusAIs is a peer-to-peer network for the advancement of general-purpose AI.
LayerZero is now live on @MerlinLayer2, a Bitcoin L2 that offers ZK proofs and EVM-compatibility for efficiency and scalability.
This integration enables connectivity between Merlin and 70 other networks. Developers can tap into core features on Merlin such as BRC-20/420s.
