OK that's all for MSAs. This was a very manual process that required comparing PDFs painstakingly so if I've effed anything up, you just let me know.

We also have two MSAs which were suppressed and merged into their neighbors: Madera, CA has been merged into fast-growing Fresno and Ocean City, NJ (and all of Cape May County) into Atlantic City. These both make a good deal of sense to me.
