Had a great time this past weekend at @GenThorSurgClub annual meeting. Thank you @LindaMThoracic and @UVA_TCV_Surgery for supporting me to attend. Learned many important lessons, caught up with mentors, and made new friends. Excited for the future.
Had a great time supporting the pediatric oncology program of #UVAHealth#UVAChildren at 2024 JackFest, helping more children getting lifesaving treatment right here close to home. #CancerAwareness
Grateful of @UVA_TCV_Surgery for sponsoring me to attend 2024 @STS_CTsurgery bootcamp in Chicago. Did my first of many cardiothoracic procedures in high fidelity environments. Thank you @natalielui22, Dr. Long, Dr. Akujuo and many others for taking their time to teach us.
Finally graduated from @NMSurgery@purplesurg residency alongside my amazing co-residents. I was thankful everyday to have spent the most formative years of my life here, and thankful for the village who got me through it!
I am finally graduating from general surgery residency! Thank you @purplesurg for welcoming me into @NMSurgery with opens arms, and for giving me such a great graduation day experience. I feel so proud to be a Northwestern General Surgery Graduate! #graduation#generalsurgery
After being married for 6 years, we are finally able to go on a honeymoon, 1 month before finishing my surgery residency, after arrival of 2 kids and COVID pandemic. View of the Aegean Sea cannot be more relaxing. #surgeryreaidency#marriage#santorini

Have been using RAI a lot during gen surg residency. Very excited to contribute to this paper on RAI applied to thoracic surgery, my future fellowship of choice. RAI is an independent predictor of outcomes after lung resection. Thank you @markkferguson
Common during lap chole: after ductomy for IOC, you milk a stone out of cystic duct. Cystic then feels soft, but when you place IOC cath there is complete resistance/back pressure to flushing. WWYD next??!?
