@geelong71 Agree. We know our students and that isn’t going to change. But we need to consider stepping away from single submission essays. Things also become more challenging when essays are anonymous and corporately marked in higher grades.
@MsMelissaBrady@geelong71 Been thinking about how we as educators approach this, and I think it needs careful consideration. One hand, teachers could use it for prompts and lessons planning, sample responses. Other hand, it will prompt us to consider a new way to assess understanding and skills
@MsMelissaBrady@geelong71 Also been playing around and agree, not great but passable. Even more amazing/scary is that you can send responses through again and again, tweaking the inputs to generate even more accurate results.
