From my perspective indentity aligment is completing individuation journey. Individuation is Carl Jung’s core concept for psychological wholeness. It is the lifelong, natural process of integrating your conscious and unconscious mind to become your most authentic, undivided self. Rather than conforming to societal expectations, individuation allows you to discover and live out your unique, innermost potential. For some people it happens earlier than later in life, but it is important to recognize when it is happening.
