Since Day 1, LOP Sh. @RahulGandhi ji has been exposing the massive Vote Chori exercise being spearheaded by the BJP-controlled CEC Mr. Gyanesh Kumar.

After the massive revelations yesterday, Gyanesh Kumar’s treason is out in the open and he must be arrested for his anti-national acts against our democracy.

The Congress will be taking to the streets on this burning issue, and all Pradesh Congress Committees (PCCs) have been instructed to organise massive Protest Marches to their respective State Election Commission Offices tomorrow, 25th September, firmly demanding his immediate arrest, his removal from office, and a comprehensive, independent review of all decisions and electoral roll changes made under him.

As the 2nd phase of the protests, all District Congress Committees (DCCs) will organise similar massive protest marches to their respective District Collectorates on Monday, September 28th.

Gyanesh must go, and all his decisions must be reversed. Our protests will relentlessly go on until he is removed, sent to jail and all our demands are met.

उत्तराखंड में SIR के नाम पर आखिर चल क्या रहा है?

42,030 Form 7 आवेदन AERO और 22,443 ERO के नाम से दाखिल किए गए हैं। ये आपत्तियां उन मतदाताओं के नाम पर हैं, जो SIR की Draft Voter List में पहले से शामिल हैं।

सवाल उठे तो जवाब मिला, “Logical Discrepancy”.

लेकिन असली सवाल का जवाब कौन देगा?

Form 7 मतदाता सूची से नाम हटाने की आपत्ति के लिए है। जिस ERO को इन आपत्तियों पर निर्णय लेना है, उसी ERO के नाम से Form 7 कैसे दाखिल हो रहे हैं?

और पड़ोसी पंजाब में ERO/AERO के नाम से केवल 215 आपत्तियां, जबकि उत्तराखंड में 64,000 से अधिक। इतना बड़ा अंतर क्यों?

क्या उत्तराखंड में ये Form 7 software द्वारा अपने आप generate किए गए हैं? अगर हां, तो किस नियम और किसके आदेश पर?

और सवाल इसलिए भी गंभीर है क्योंकि इसी चुनावी software के संचालन और ERO की वैधानिक शक्तियों पर स्वयं 2 Election Commissioners लिखित आपत्तियां उठा चुके हैं।

चुनाव आयोग “Logical Discrepancy” जैसे शब्दों की आड़ में इन सवालों से नहीं बच सकता। हर Form 7 के पीछे जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिए, क्योंकि सवाल किसी software का नहीं, नागरिकों के मताधिकार का है।

वोट चोर गिरोह ने हरियाणा में वोटिंग के दिन​ बताया कि 61.19% पोलिंग हुई है

अगले दिन यानी 6 अक्टूबर को बताया कि 65.65% पोलिंग हुई

फिर 7 अक्टूबर को बताया कि 67.9% वोट पड़े और 8 को रिजल्ट आ गया

EVM बंद हो गई। सील करके रखवा दी कई। तो फिर दो दिन बाद, काउंटिंग से 12 घंटे पहले 2.25% वोट कहां से आ गए?

इन डकैतों ने हरियाणा में हर विधानसभा में औसतन 15,175 वोट बढ़ा दिए।
