Our mission is to raise awareness of animal cruelty and gather as many signatures as possible on our petitions to put pressure on the intended targets.
In December 2025 in Henderson, Nevada, 27-year-old Angel Ventura Ayala picked up a three-month-old kitten named Suki, hurled her into a wall, then threw her into a parking lot — all while filming it. He then sent that video to his 19-year-old girlfriend in an alleged attempt to intimidate and terrorize her. According to the police report, he also pulled out a gun and threatened her as she searched for the injured kitten.
This wasn't just cruelty to an animal. It was a calculated act of violence used as a weapon of fear.
Ayala was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence and two felony counts of animal abuse under Nevada's newly enacted Reba's Law, which specifically addresses animal abuse used to threaten or intimidate — and carries up to 6 years in prison per count. A jury trial is now scheduled for September 8, 2026.
Animal Victory is demanding the maximum sentence for every charge and a permanent ban from owning or living with animals.
Nearly 19,000 people have signed — help us reach 20,000 before the trial.
