@AmericanAir I understand that passengers are allowed 1 personal item & 1 carry-on. Pls be considerate of those who travel w/ a lumbar pillow for necessity. Mine was in reusable shopping bag & ORD gate agent required me to take it out of the shopping bag to board the plane. 🤔
