I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max from Mobily on Jan 20. Until now, I have not received the device, yet I am being billed SAR 5,934. Multiple follow-ups with Mobily have resulted in no resolution. Kindly assist me,Thank you.

@Mobily1100 I’ve already sent multiple private messages, yet there’s still no resolution. It’s been two months, and I’m paying for a bill even though the phone isn’t with me. This situation is becoming extremely stressful for me. Please address this as soon as possible.
