@ToiletTweeting_@Cruiser_Sports If youre bodybuilding and after 1g per pound of bodyweight it sure does add up after your 5-6 meals.
If not bodybuilding you simply dont need that much.
@Liberty_Vegan@cancelmyliferq Not for everyone. I've been there. Not to mention after about 2 years straight of tracking food to the gram its hard to really see food as anything except a number now. Food has no joy for me anymore 😅.
@sasquatchvlogtv This is how female clothes work period. Its all designed to make their butt or boobs look better. Thats all they wanna wear too. Yet expect us men to tell the truth... lol
@jagbubba9044 To just be healthy? I cannot confidently tell you an exact number. Though 130g maybe?
When im not working out for longer periods of time I feel good around there!
@jagbubba9044 Yes and no! Whatever you are having along side your protein source (chicken) likely contains protein as well. Though minimal, if tracked through an app it adds up!
Not to mention if you aren't bodybuilding no, you dont need 1g per lb of body weight.
