Traders can accept losing. What they cannot accept is retroactive ambiguity while nearly 7 figures in trader payouts sits in limbo.
It reminds me of the recent @rollbit situation, where a trader said his $200k was locked for no reason, posted about it, got 700k views, and Rollbit eventually paid out.
These apps are nothing without traders. They provide the liquidity, volume, and credibility that MAKE the platform.
If users start feeling like outcomes can be reframed after the fact, they will eventually move to competitors.
