The one who stays composed when everything is chaotic.
The one people turn to when there's a problem to solve.
And that starts with one thing.
How you speak to yourself when stress comes knocking.
Follow for more.
Is stress making you unlikable?
It's worth asking.
Because how you respond to stress doesn't just affect you.
It affects everyone around you.
The way you speak to yourself when pressure hits… So the internal conversation.
Affects how you communicate with other people.
And you might not even realise it.
That being said…
You don't want to be so nice that people walk all over you.
But also…
You don’t want people running away because you’re seen as a threat.
You want to be seen as the person people can come to.
Find the weak spot.
Train that.
That's how confidence gets built.
I built a free four hour training on exactly this.
It’s on YouTube if you want to check it out.
Comment CODE3 below and I'll DM you the link.
Your confidence has a breaking point.
And you want to find it before it breaks…
In the wrong room.
In front of the wrong people.
On the biggest deal you've ever had on the line.
That's the worst time to find out where your confidence cracks.
Others have a breaking point you haven't found yet.
So instead of saying "I need to be more confident"
Which is too vague to act on.
Get specific.
Where exactly does your confidence crack?
Speaking up in a high stakes room?
Presenting to the board?
Negotiating a big deal?
If you've ever watched someone brilliant fail to make a point — or someone ordinary own a room — you already know this stuff matters.
Follow and I'll keep unpacking why.
Three minutes in, I could feel the room checking out.
He had every answer. Nobody was listening.
I've watched some of the greatest performers in the world hold a room of a thousand people.
The difference between them and the engineer?
It was never about the data.
It was about who they were when they delivered it.

This one will change how you think about communication.
That's The Human Algorithm at work.
My teacher gave me a stutter.
Now I get paid to use my voice.
Picture this.
School Christmas nativity play.
I'm in the choir singing my little heart out.
Unfortunately I sounded like a foghorn on a ship.
My teacher pointed it out…
In front of the entire school.
And just like that I became very conscious of my voice.
I even developed a stutter overnight.
And suddenly as a kid, I thought my voice made me stand out for the wrong reasons.
Turns out I was half right.
It does make me stand out.
Just for all the right reasons.
Give yourself permission to communicate how you actually feel about what you're saying.

And then we don’t fully commit to what we're saying.
The body locks up.
Which means the voice locks up.
And the words land flat.
Even if the words are brilliant.
The golden rule.
Don't just say the words.
Be the words.
Ever been called monotone?
Watch this.
It's probably not your voice.
It's your voice + your body.
Monotone voice will often come from a monotone body.
We often hold back our communication because we are worried about social judgment.
You just need to stop doing the things that have been burying it.
And pick up a few tools that help bring it back out.
That's exactly what I cover in a free four hour training I put together called The Confidence Code.
Michelangelo once said:
"Every block of stone has a statue inside it. And it's the sculptor's job to reveal it."
Confidence works exactly the same way.
You already have it.
It's just waiting to be uncovered.
You don't need to build confidence from scratch.
You've spent years making yourself unconfident.
Self-Confidence isn't something you create.
It already exists within you.
Over time - through social conditioning, experiences, the things people said and the things that happened - you learned to suppress it.
