In ‘Jailed Mahadev Scam Accused Secretly Mortgages US Headquarters Despite ED Freeze,’ Palak Shah examines the August 2026 mortgage transaction, the reported repayment of an existing lien using most of the loan proceeds, and the potential implications for Indian authorities seeking to secure assets.
