Just home having picked up the 996 today. First meaningful miles since March 2018, & the car is completely transformed. Can’t thank @Litchfield_UK enough for their expertise, patience and passion with this project. And yes, a 3.8 litre 991 engine in a 996 was a pretty good idea.
