Many faculties recruited in 2004 to 2010 did not get promotion and faculties recruited in 2011 got promotion based on just Ph.D. qualification. They did not raise voice for faculties who are not Ph.D. as Pankaj is Ph.D.

Dept. has promoted more than 150 faculties directly from Asst. Prof. to Asso. Prof. on 22-4-25. Though direct promotion is not in rule as per AICTE, any how they manage to get it.

Secretary of GECTGOA, Pankaj Prajapati and his close colleagues got promotion and posting in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar only. How is this possible? Corruption? Yes.

Whoever framed rules to pay AGP 9000 after 8 years instead of after 13 years have put burden on Govt. Treasury. Such officers must be terminated from services. I know none of my colleagues would appreciate my thoughts.

@gecteaching @EduMinOfGujarat @CTEGuj @CMOGuj Promotion of 2012 was also not alligned with AICTE rules. That time also many paid bribe. ACB was also informed. Govt officers put burden on Govt. Treasury by promoting them 5 years early. They were eligible to get AGP 9000 only in 2017.
