Luke Brett, Director General for the Americas at the Energy Council, gave the welcoming remarks, which were followed by a presentation from the Governor where he shared details of Mendoza’s mining potential in potassium, iron, copper, gold, silver, and uranium.

Last week the Governor of Mendoza, @alfredocornejo, visited London. His agenda included a meeting at the @LSEplc, where he presented the investment prospects and opportunities and explored London’s potential as a market for listing securities of mining, oil, and gas companies.

Finally, the @EnergyCouncil_ and the British Argentine Chamber of Commerce hosted a dinner in honor of the Governor, attended by executives from some of the most important companies in the energy sector, potential investors, and other representatives from the energy industry.

➡️ The event concluded with a presentation by keynote speaker Rolando Figueroa, Governor of Neuquén, who spoke about Vaca Muerta and Argentina’s Energy Future.

We attended the 14th edition of the @BACC2’s Networking Day, which this year took place at the @Revolut offices.

En la Residencia Oficial Argentina en Londres mantuvimos un encuentro con referentes de algunas de las principales gestoras de activos e inversores institucionales del mundo. Participaron la embajadora argentina en el Reino Unido, Mariana Plaza; el presidente de la British Argentine Chamber of Commerce (BACC), Javier Álvarez; representantes de Balanz y directivos de fondos como RBC BlueBay, Rokos Capital, Pictet, HSBC Asset Management, Amundi, Andromeda Capital, Finisterre Capital y Plenisfer Investments, entre otros.
