I think that if Legends Retold was exactly how it is but it happened to be an original game, I'd be saying nothing but positive things about it, but the original game was already so recent and looked so beautiful.

Once I realized it was a remake I was immediately disappointed. This might be the most “does not need to exist” remake I’ve seen, the original has aged perfectly fine. I’m sick of these “buy this unnecessary remake and we swear will make a brand new game” remakes.
