FOUR MONTHS LATER, we’re finally ready to bring Castle’s High-Yield account to our customers.

The road here has been quite painful: working with tech that wasn’t quite ready and required us to spend two months QA’ing it ourselves, endless back-and-forth on agreements, compliance, disclosures… and the complexity of launching a securities product.

To every Castle customer who trusted us and patiently waited: I’m sorry. We set expectations that we didn’t meet. We’ve learned a lot, and we’ll do better next time.

At the same time, I’m incredibly proud. To my knowledge, we’re the first to bring the concept of flexible dividends to the U.S. market — combining modern fixed-income products with bitcoin in a way that didn’t exist before.

I think this is what the future of savings products looks like, and I’m happy we get to contribute to it.
