Hello, we're Arla! Our farmers don’t just milk the cows, they own the company so all our profits go back to our farmer owners. We’re here Mon to Fri, 9 to 5.
@TheBendySlow Hi Rach, are you experiencing issues with this promotion? It appears to be one from our Arla Pro colleagues, so if you are experiencing any issue please drop us a DM and we'll reach out to the relevant team.
@jerryclim The change was made over 3 years ago & at that point in time, the price per 100g was also lowered. However, prices on shelves are set by the retailer themselves & a large amount of time has since passed, during which pricing has fluctuated by retailers.

@MadeleineRijnd2 Hi Maddy, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear of this situation, however stock management/rotation is not something we can "sort out" as it is managed by the retailer themselves + their picking/packing staff. We would suggest reaching out to the retailer directly.
@SimonJenkins30 Hi Simon, we're sorry to hear of this difficulty. Please drop us a DM with which specific product(s) in the Skyr range you are looking for and we will do our best to help.
