An independent org based on the North York Moors that supports artists, curators & writers with a magazine, artist residencies, projects and public events.
An image from artist Jade de Montserrat’s 2023 residency at our project space on the North York Moors. The focus of this time was in the development of a new work: Black (re) turn, which was performed by the artist in one of our barns with support from the filmmakers Webb-Ellis.
Our latest project was with artist Charlotte Salt & @SchoolGillamoor. The whole school took part (5-11yrs) in a series of workshop to make ceramic artworks that celebrate village landmarks: https://t.co/qc9ZEd9vCU It was lots of fun!
Thanks @ace_national@northyorksc for support.
