बरनाला के कालेके गांव में जसविंदर कौर जी, जो BSF के डिप्टी कमांडेंट की बेटी हैं, उनके साथ थाना धनौला में जो हुआ, वह बेहद चिंताजनक और शर्मनाक है।

थाने के अंदर SHO लखबीर सिंह द्वारा उनके और उनके भतीजे के साथ की गई बर्बरता, मारपीट, पिस्तौल की नोक पर साइन करवाना और फेक एनकाउंटर की धमकी, कानून के राज पर सीधा सवाल खड़ा करती है।

चार महीने तक न्याय न मिलना और आरोपी SHO का बहाल हो जाना, यह दिखाता है कि भगवंत मान और अरविंद केजरीवाल की नादिरशाही तुगलकी सरकार में अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही किस स्तर पर है।

जब एक फौजी अधिकारी के परिवार को भी न्याय के लिए दर-दर भटकना पड़े, तो आम नागरिक की सुरक्षा का अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है।
