reframe: resentment; ....resentment is directed at higher-status ppl, anger at equal-status ppl, contempt at lower-status.... empower self!

end compulsive disclosure: it can overwhelm

find ways to self-soothe that are healthy... soothe dependent entities in a healthy way, too!

responsible for: money!

new insight: the brain is still developing into the early 20s... leave those big decisions until after age 25!

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]

focus: healthy ways to soothe my inner child (note: options do not include large amounts of time spent watch tv and eating junk food!) ;)

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]

focus: am i motivated by power? money? no. by peace and self respect... tho it takes longer to explain to a salesperson/colleague

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]

necessary: respond to cries of pain... my own body is suffocating because of overweight... today will be a day of soothing my body

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]

necessary: respect for the source. (parents of children - including the inner child, and those who will be a co-parent to future children)

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]

realization; it's almost impossible to take responsibility when one feels they could cease to exist at any moment...

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]

committment: end consumption of greasy, yucky, unhealthy take out as it causes my body to feel same

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]

committment: end the habit of using the scale as a measure of self-worth

reflections on procrastination: a necessary motivator or an expression of immaturity?

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]

guilt level: overall low... avoided checking voicemail, though

[Me: As An Adult @asanadult]
