Santiago was found as a stray in 2020 and was finally adopted after waiting NINE months! His new mom drove all the way from Rhode Island to adopt him. Recently, his mom threw him a birthday party complete with cake, presents, balloons, and even a pup cup from @Starbucks! 🎂🎈🎁

Jade’s adopter is one of our Hiking Hounds volunteers. She saw another volunteer paired with Jade on a hike and immediately thought, “I have to meet that dog!” She came as soon as she could and fell in love. She is so excited to have a new hiking companion for life 🐾
