Everyone’s passed the buck.
@Orbitz says @WestJet should’ve added my daughter’s name to the extra tickets. WestJet says they can’t because I booked through Orbitz.
@BudgetAirlines started this mess and still hasn’t replied.
I’ve now bought 6 round-trip tickets for 3 people.

Hoping @ChaseSupport will #StepUp with travel insurance — and do what the others couldn’t.

It looks like they wanted to help but when I called they said why did you book through a third party? Excuse me but why do you sell tickets in blocks to a third party like Orbitz and then act like your hands are tied to getting a paid customer on a plane #CustomerFeedback #customerRights #consumerProtection

Update: @WestJet supervisor at MCO says only customer service can help. Cust Serv says only the desk can help. We’re still here — with 3 paid tickets. @budgetair_com created the issue, and now no one is fixing it. Please help rebook us.

Since I had to rebook new flights, I landed at a different airport. @EconomyRentACar says it’ll take a few days to let me know if they can cancel or switch pickup.

I’m a single mom stranded at @MCO with my 2 kids. @WestJet wouldn’t transfer a paid ticket to my 6-year-old, and we missed our flight. We’re still here, still waiting.

@Orbitz ok i have done that but the itinerary number for the flight to toronto has disappeared now from my account, however I have the number and the return info.

@budgetair_com wouldn’t let me book a child’s ticket alone. I had to buy mine first, then they blocked me from getting hers.
@Orbitz sold me two more tickets. I had three total — including a duplicate in my name I hoped could be transferred to her.
