It was terrific to welcome chef Neven Maguire to the Attyflin Estate, Limerick. He learned about our ambitions and sampled apple juices from our recent harvest - all filmed as part of his new forthcoming Greenways TV series on RTÉ. We will let you know when the programme airs.

It's Apple Picking Season on the Attylin Estate, and the apple trees are laden down with juicy apples. These are the ingredients that make our fabulous range of Attyflin Estate award-winning juices.

Today marked the beginning of our new season fruit picking on the Estate.

As you can see, our gooseberry bushes were the first crop ready for picking this year.

Our Bramley apples are progressing nicely. 10 more weeks until these will be ready for picking.

At Attyflin Estate we recognise the vital role that bees play in our ecosystem and in pollinating the apples trees at this time of year.

This will greatly aid our harvest in the autumn and if you look closely and you’ll see the first of these new season apples emerging.

Our orchards were looking magnificent this afternoon as our Katy apple trees have now bloomed.

This year we increased the number of beehives on the Estate to promote sustainability and increase pollination.

We are delighted to see mother nature working in a remarkable way, as the bees extract pollen from the flowers and the fruit trees on the Estate.

It’s the beginning of blossom season on the Estate and our pear trees are the first to bloom!

In spring 2021, in an effort to aid pollination, we looked for help from the bees!

Our friend Ramon set up beehives in our orchards and the result was a bountiful harvest of fruits at the end of August with the added bonus of delightful honey.

Delighted to welcome Jonathan and his team from The Lodge at Ashford Castle to visit Attyflin Estate yesterday.

A fantastic opportunity to show them our walled garden and production facilities and taste our award winning juices.
