@Matanmagen Family should always come first. Most of our staff is there each day until after 5 pm because they want to be. We all work hard to strike a balance between all we need for our families and the school. It’s tough, but when you ever are in doubt, choose family.

At RCA, students are not allowed to raise their hands while another student is speaking. I love this because they must focus on what is being said, not what they want to say. This hesitation strengthens their ability to listen. #TLAP#TalkToMe
