looking carefully at the timeline, @PODS seems to want customer to arrange all the logistics and a minimum of two months charges. If you want something within a month, you are sh*t out of luck. Go luck chasing down the logistics. #snail

@PODS timeline experience so far. 08/05 - delivered
08/09 - picked up
08/09 - called customer service for redelivery (got told they can’t give me exact redelivery date)
08/12 - called customer service to ask for redelivery ( got told they can’t give me a date until ….

Destination center received the container
08/15 - container to start moving to destination on 08/23 (still no redelivery date)
08/17 - called and they were able to ship container to dest center on 08/19
Anticipated redelivery - 09/02
Anticipated final pickup - 09/07

I shouldn’t have to arrange when it will ship out. A month in and I’m still waiting for my container. @PODS

@PODS what’s up with you guys more than a month to ship a container and requires multiple unhelpful phone calls to get delivery dates? I called customer service multiple times to ship to my destination city. As a customer, all I need to know is pick up and delivery dates.
