- LT burned the alledged written confession, the evidence is literally ashes. Photo of the letter? can't test for DNA. Twigs could have written it.
-Discord chat confessions? No evidence has been provided beyond LT saying so. Photos of chat? can't verify metadata. Anyone with log in access could have written them.
-Confessed to parents? Where is their statement? Grandpa denies it.

5. Roomate Testimony
- Twigs says TR never talked about Charlie Kirk
- Twigs says he never talked to TR about "trans or gender" issues
-Twigs says he is not political and TR wasn't either but would sometimes talk about Trump
-Twigs "could not 100% identify TR in the stairwell pix"

6. Robinson pulls trigger on roof
-footage does not exists per Prosecution
-footage released shows a shadow on the roof
- cop admits there is no identifying features in the video. he cannot identify Race, Height, Clothing
- cop admits he cannot tell if there is even a gun. cops report says "bag or long object" does not mention a gun.

The past two years have been marked by an accumulation of losses. Loved ones. Colleagues. Friends. People deliberately targeted and killed by the Israeli army. There are moments when I suspect I have lost some part of my own humanity simply by witnessing so much death. I have watched people die in front of me in ways that resist description. I have lived inside a genocide as it unfolded, and I have watched another continue in Gaza, mediated through the relentless images on a tiny screen in my pocket that refuses to yield. The 24 hour image has dissolved the boundary between proximity and spectatorship. We can leave the scene, but the scene does not leave us.

Some images insist on permanence. On more than one occasion, I have watched paramedics carry bags containing the dismembered remains of children. There are sights that do not become memories because they never cease to be present. They have reorganized my inner life.

How much grief can a human being contain before it alters the architecture of the self?

I have been chased by a Merkava tank. A grenade has been thrown at me. Israeli quadcopters have circled overhead as instruments of intimidation. Sound bombs have become part of the atmosphere. Israeli snipers have opened fire on me eight times, most recently last Monday, while a group of us filmed the demolition of homes in Haddatha. Survival, repeated often enough stops feeling like triumph and just, almost mundanely, becomes another condition of witnessing.

This week brought another loss, one I had neither anticipated nor prepared myself to absorb. Its force has surprised me. Maybe grief does not become easier through repetition. Maybe each loss discovers a new vulnerability. For the next few days, I will step away from the field. Not because the work has become less necessary, but because mourning, too, demands its own uncompromising attention. My heart is in pieces.

In America, you are innocent until proven guilty. End of story. Anyone making the statement this idiot just made needs to reflect. And yes, it's idiotic, so spare me the self righteous virtue signaling. You do not condemn someone to guilt before seeing the evidence and going through a thorough process to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. This is a human right. So, Kristan, I know you find logic and consequence challenging, evidenced by your failure as a pro life advocate, but bear with me here.

When a high profile political and religious figure, of which Charlie was both, is assassinated, no stone can be left unturned. Everyone close to him, every business relationship, every random quack letter with a threat, EVERYTHING must be investigated.

When this much money, power, and influence are involved, those closest must be met with ultimate scrutiny. Not as accusation, but as thorough investigation.

I find it ridiculous that such common sense must be stated.

As far as the ever obvious clown show arguments, let's put something to bed.

I don't trust our government. I don't trust any other government. I also believe that Erika Kirk has acted EXTRAORDINARILY strange in the wake of Charlie's death. Does that mean she killed him? No. Does that even mean something is off? No. People act weird all the time. What it does mean, is taking videos of Charlie in a casket and posting to social media is odd. The interviews are odd, the mannerisms are odd. The behavior is all odd, and there are odd things in the history. And that should ALL be taken into consideration. Again, on what planet is having eyes and ears and opinions on behavior some sort of thought crime?

Again, I haven't even spoken about this topic, and I have no clue who killed Kirk, and indeed I hold no position on it, but I find the shaping of narratives and the silencing of dissent, and the "mis and disinformation" campaigns akin to... COVID? Are you people are completely lost?

Given that this is the biggest political assassination since Kennedy, maybe people should stop being retards and look at the whole picture.

Is it possible some random transgender freak pulled off the greatest hit of our lifetimes? Sure. Is it likely, given the circumstances? Not at all. Trust your government at your own peril.
