We spent almost 70 bucks for less than mediocre food and service. TERRIBLE! Date day ruined! I should have read the reviews first. 😒

Finally, I went back to ask for fresh popcorn. The young man at the front went to the back, came back, then told me they would make fresh popcorn. The worker brought popcorn. It obviously was not fresh. It was barely warm in the middle and still somewhat cold on the surface.

Typically I wouldn’t be too upset about a small delay but it’s what happened after. The fries were lukewarm and so was my Husband’s sandwich. Our popcorn arrived 30 mins late…cold. My Husband took it back to get fresh popcorn. Again, gave him cold popcorn.

@priceline So @priceline made it seem like they’re all is customer service oriented. The team they have handling my issue could give zero f**ks about their screw up. The same people giving me no resolution are the same people publicly pretending like they care.
