Do you remember when you joined X? I do! #MyXAnniversary I joined X 13 years ago. At the time I did not realize the importance and potential of social media. We are living in a time where the world is completely different from what it was when we were growing up.

@TariqForensics My understanding is that we got special permission to use it for the survey, free of cost. I’ll ask the team and will get back. It would help if I have some information about how you plan to use it.
@TariqForensics Yes. The MINI was translated for this study. There was an older translation available but the team translated the newer version. Thank you for your interest.
The official sites celebrate Peter’s achievements in science & leadership.
But Peter was more than this.
His unending generosity to colleagues & trainees is now called ‘positive research culture’
For Peter it was everyday life, and a life well-lived. Thank you, Peter

ECT is an under utilised treatment and one reason is its stigmatisation fuelled by ideology rather than evidence. In a polarised debate the truth is lost.
The 2021 ECT dataset report is now published, the most comprehensive report on ECT in the UK so far. New data on subjective ratings of memory. 41% remission rates in depression. The results will be of no surprise for those working in the field.

To avoid repetition of effort in resource poor settings, sharing materials and training resources for evidence based practices should be mandated by the funding agencies.
Many interventions in healthcare die after evidence is created in research settings. There are many under utilised therapy manuals lying in cupboards in university departments gathering dust. This is an acute problem in low and middle income countries.
