The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation (@ACPICR ) has developed a range of patient leaflets offering practical guidance on returning to physical activity after a cardiac event, or when living with a heart condition.

The resources cover a variety of activities, including dancing, tai chi, yoga, pilates and swimming, helping patients approach exercise safely and confidently.
