@DmitryKatson @borutjures Thank you! I have an option to download all the metadata as JSON but a user has to download it manually from the site. It is a single file for the entire database.
This JSON file could be used directly instead of through API.
Would that work for your use case?

I have some good news. I added an option to generate E/R diagrams for #MSDynNAV databases to my https://t.co/R9laSiYbUX site.

This means that you can export #DynamicsNAV table objects from your database, ZIP the files and upload it. Diagrams will be generated in 1-2 minutes.
