So it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out which practice it is. It didn't take me 2 minutes. Much better to name the county in such instances.

Wouldn't be shocked to see some restrictions on practice after such events either.

This is an appalling situation where more than 1 person made a serious error and I'm glad the patient's family are getting compensated.

However, someone needs to tell the ombudsmen about anonymity as there are only 2 GP Practices in the small town. One has PAs the other doesn't
