@talktoBOI We made a call arrangement on Saturday, BOI did not honoured that. Why, please????????????????????

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI You guys said that a rep will call. I did not asked for that, you guys have offered that on June 27 2015, Saturday.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI Again, kindly state here where to find the usable amount. I should not need to spend my money to call BOI.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI We have made a call arrangement but BOI failed to honour that.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI Another aspect is that you have mentioned that a rep will call me. When will that happen please?

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI If the option is there, as you have previously stated, please advise on that.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI Please, take the time state here where can I see in my account the usable balance. I have nothing to hide, nor should BOI.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI Again, as a customer I am asking you, where in 365online can I see the usable amount??Kindly be transparent and accurate.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI Kindly, take the time to document yourself before stating something. I am utterly disappointed about how you treat the situation.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI At no time whatsoever the user can see the usable amount in 365 online.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI Pay a Bill, SEPA Transfer, International Transfer ...etc... and a Quick Transfer section from Account to Account.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI In the end user interface of the money transfer menu, you will not see the usable amount. Instead you will see other options:

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI Please, check again the Money transfer menu before posting the statement that I can see the usable amount there.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI I kindly ask you please, do not to be misleading here. Kindly take the time to document yourself before posting anything.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@bankofireland Appreciate your help to correct the situation in regards to the usable balance.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@bankofireland The reason is the incorrect balance shown in my 365online.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@bankofireland You advertise so many nice and tempting things but I cannot use my VISA card for such transactions.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@bankofireland Dear BOI, please will you kindly respect my customer rights?

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI You said too many times that you will do this or that but never seems to happen. I have lost my faith in BOI.

[R.I. @boi_customer]

@talktoBOI I have made a complaint with BOI but nobody looked into that properly. I feel the appropriate institutions should look into this.
