قامت ميج أونيل، الرئيس التنفيذي الجديد لشركة بي. بي. العالمية، وويليام لين، نائب الرئيس التنفيذي للغاز والطاقة منخفضة الكربون، بزيارة إلى عُمان، مما أتاح لهما فرصة التواصل مع موظفينا، والاطلاع على عملياتنا عن كثب، وقضاء بعض الوقت مع الفرق والشركاء الذين كان لهم دور في مسيرة شركتنا. وقد سلطت هذه الزيارة الضوء على الالتزام المشترك الذي لا يزال يشكل دافعاً لعملنا

من خلال برنامج وصلة، أكمل 21 موظفاً حكومياً تدريبهم في لغة الإشارة العربية، ويعملون الآن على تطبيق مهاراتهم عمليًّا، مما يسهم في تسهيل التواصل في المستشفيات والمدارس والخدمات الحكومية الأخرى.

يُقدم هذا البرنامج في إطار مبادرة هدية للوطن التي أطلقتها شركة بي. بي. عُمان في نوفمبر الماضي، ويركز على توسيع نطاق إمكانية الوصول للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

Through the Wasla programme, 21 Omani government employees have completed their Arabic Sign Language training and are now putting their skills into practice, supporting more accessible communication across hospitals, schools and other public services.

Delivered as part of bp Oman’s Gift to the Nation launched last November, the programme focuses on expanding access for people with disabilities.

Meg O'Neill, bp CEO visited the National Museum of Oman, including the Learning Centre - one of bp Oman’s social investment programmes supporting inclusive, engaging education for all.

From interactive learning for children to workshops, research support, and opportunities for the wider community, the Centre is helping bring culture to life and inspire over 14,000 learners. 🎓✨
A great example of how education, culture, and community come together to create lasting impact.

خلال زيارتها إلى سلطنة عُمان، زارت ميغ أونيل، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة بي. بي. العالمية، المتحف الوطني، بما في ذلك مركز التعلّم الذي يعد أحد برامج الاستثمار الاجتماعي لشركة بي. بي. عُمان الذي يدعم توفير تعليم شامل وتفاعلي للجميع.
يسهم المركز في إحياء الثقافة وإلهام أكثر من 14 ألف متعلم من خلال تجارب التعلّم التفاعلية للأطفال، و ورش العمل، ودعم البحوث، والفرص المتاحة للمجتمع. 🎓✨
ويُعدّ هذا البرنامج مثالًا رائعًا على تكامل التعليم والثقافة والمجتمع لصنع أثرٍ مستدام

Meg O’Neill, bp CEO, alongside William Lin, Executive Vice President, Gas and Low Carbon Energy, visited the UAE and Oman, highlighting the strength of bp’s partnerships across the region as she met with senior industry leaders to discuss energy strategy and security, operational excellence and growth.

The visit also coincided with the announcement of the Bab Gas Cap concession agreement, supporting the UAE’s gas self-sufficiency ambitions and underscoring our long-term commitment to the UAE, alongside strong operational performance at Block 61 in Oman.

We’re grateful for the strength of our partnerships across the UAE and Oman and proud of what we continue to achieve together.

bp, @ADNOCGroup and ADNOC Onshore partners have signed the Bab Gas Cap Concession, supporting UAE gas self-sufficiency (up to 1.5 bcfd).

This announcement follows bp CEO Meg O’Neill’s visit to Abu Dhabi, her first to the MENA region as CEO, where she met H.E. Dr. @SultanAlJaber and members of the ADNOC team, highlighting our strong partnership.
