So... @Walmart Spark driver abandoned a $300 mattress in the middle a walkway on a quiet street instead of moving it 2 steps up to my doorstep as requested and as they stated they'd do. Photo proof shows gross negligence. Stolen in under 10 mins... because Alvin in his GMC Terrain did it. People aren't busy riding down the street stealing 100 pounds boxes!

@Walmart denied my claim immediately! Is this how you treat customers after your $100M settlement with the MI AG for driver fraud? Unacceptable. I need a refund or replacement.

So... this vehicle, a GMC Terrain, exactly what Alvin, the delivery driver was driving, was the only vehicle (beside mine) on my street between 12:55p - 2p. The item was marked delivered at 12:59p. I got home about 10 minutes later.

Y'all got @walmart Spark drivers stealing from the store while shopping and stealing from customers while delivering!!!!
