Congratulations are in order as Zavier picked up an offer from @GoShockersMBB today. @CoozElite3 15u @PRO16League

Big pickup at the PG position for @BearkatsMBB after the departure of Jacob Walker.

Pipkin was a top 150 player nationally in the 2024 class and had a big year at South Plains in 2025-26.

Can really defend, create his own shot, distribute it and shoot the 3.

Forward Zavier Gleadell-Smith of Cooz Elite Pro16 15U is a prospect coaches need to know. This kid can jump out of the gym, dunk counter stopped at 6. Very quick for his size and can get out in transition easily. Great rebounder and rim protector. Get him on your list now!

NEWS: @BearkatsMBB has picked up a commitment from South Plains College PG Zion Pipkin!

Pipkin was an all conference selection in 2025-26 at South Plains while averaging 13.2PPG/4.1APG while shooting 47% from the field and 46% from 3PT.

A big pickup at the PG spot for the Kats.
