@eon_next The whole reason my meters changed was because when I topped up it didn't reach my meter. I had to keep using codes sent by you to use on meter. Now I'm in debt with a new meter? How can I be in debt? Very scary I need my meters checked then. The new ones not working?

@eon_next Just had a new meter fitted because my old smart meter broke. I had money on my meter which carried over. This was 3 days ago. I've just received an email to say I'm in debt and now have a repayment plan? I still have credit on my meter? So fed up with the smart meter

@arrivaessex Another day when a bys gas been cancelled. The 3.20 bus from the southend travel centre has been cut out. Which covers all the schools. The number 7 bus service is very unreliable. I will out the survey, but nothing changes. People will just use the train. #arrivaessex

@arrivaessex when you get up early and arrive before bus is due for bus to be cut out. The number 7 arriva bus service to southend is shocking. I dud the right thing to allow plenty if home to get to work but still I'm going to be late.

@arrivaessex you've put out a morning bus with new timetable. Now the 9.57am wedgewoid way has been out out and the next bus is delayed. Your bus service is unreliable
