We are looking for a Senior Lead Physiotherapist to join the Academy setup at Burton Albion.

The successful candidate will take ownership of medical and sports science provision across our Academy from U9 to U18. Based at the Pirelli Stadium and training grounds in Burton-on-Trent, this is a high-impact role at the heart of player development within a professional football environment.

You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary medical team, delivering first-class assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programs while working closely with coaches and performance staff to maximize player availability and wellbeing. This is a hands-on position that offers the opportunity to work pitch side with the U18 squad and play a key role in shaping the next generation of talent.

Reporting to the Academy Head of Physiotherapy, you will deliver pitch-side medical care, injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, while supporting player performance within a professional, multi-disciplinary environment.
