@_demonbrat @gitemjay_ @ArizonaDOT @katiehobbs I agree! It’s always clear. I wonder if it was a wrong way driver. That area of the freeway does have roundabouts in and off ramps that I think are notorious for confusing drivers. A few of the previous fatalities were from drivers entering the wrong way, on that section
