Coming on to post, this has very much the hardest year of my life from a competing perspective. Poured my heart and soul into everything for the past year and really tried to make a positive impact on everything that I could. I’m not the person to come on socials and sell a sob story for y’all to feel bad for me, I’m not looking for that. I always feel there is something I can improve and control to make the outcome better. That is what has made me a Champion in the past.
The thing that is hard to ignore is people creating things that just are not true about me, sending death threats, creating random narratives to just put me down, all these things that don’t really effect me that much because I have dealt with it for 5 years at this point. I think have taken more of a toll on people I love in my life and that’s where I feel it’s fair to say something about it. It’s part of being a professional I get those things. No matter how much I pour a heart felt message into this post it ultimately will not matter.
I am a very positive person and love to see others happy and always will be and I will not change that about myself. All these things are amplified more when I have lost all this year so far and has been really difficult. I’m not perfect by any means but I try to be the best human and teammate I can be. Just feel it’s gotten to a point where it’s hurting the people I love and as much as I want to ignore this is different and the people I love have given me everything in life to grow up and be the person I am.
With all that being said, the season is not over and will give everything I have to finish this season better than it has been for me.
