@digitalocean I hate to trash talk you, I really do advocate your services, but 28 minutes into a major LON1 outage during a ‘designed and tested seamless’ network change is excessive.

@grs@digitalocean Some update would be nice. Status page still hasn't changed. It's been almost 20 minutes. We pay thousands of pounds per month for this and it's the second time this month the servers have went kaput.
