Dún Laoghaire in the sun is paradise.
If you attended our public meeting last Thursday you would know we don’t like negative stories about our town. So it’s painful to point out that when the sun comes out, Dún Laoghaire gets crowds of visitors and sadly a lot of them leave a mess behind.
DLR puts out 1,000 litre bins for the crowds but many people don’t seem to realize what they are for and they leave their rubbish on top of full big belly bins 6 feet away.
Sad to see the town like this but we’ll figure out a way to stop it reoccurring. Education is key.
Maybe a carrot and stick approach is needed, the green bins are the carrot, fines are the stick?…
A free Belarus is not only a dream for Belarusians. It is a necessity for Europe.
As long as our country is controlled by a dictator and exploited by Russia, the whole region remains under threat.
Europe will not be secure while Belarus is held hostage and used for aggression.
Thanks, Colm!
I'm the most experienced candidate in this election.
If you want someone with energy and the experience to deliver for you, Vote Ray McAdam No.1 tomorrow.
Irish people are generally very satisfied with their lives, scoring them 7.7 out of 10. The happiest are students and the retired with fewer financial or employment challenges. Least happy are those with health issues or unemployed. Overall, Ireland is quite a happy country. 🇮🇪😁
When people say I haven’t delivered for Dublin Central 👇
I’m the most experienced candidate in this race. I get things done. That’s why Dublin Central needs a government voice.
On Friday, Vote Ray McAdam No.1
📍Met with Chairs of key Irish parliamentary committees – @JohnLahart, Chair of the Foreign Affairs and Trade Committee, @barrymward, Chair of the EU Affairs Committee, and @conwaywalsh, Chair of the Committee on Defence and National Security.
Discussed continued support for Ukraine, preparations for the next heating season amid Russia’s attacks on civilian infrastructure, Ukraine’s EU integration, and the security impact of Russian disinformation.
Also thanked for supporting accountability mechanisms, including the Register of Damage, the Claims Commission and the Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine.
Agreed to cooperate more on the level of our parliamentary committees 🇺🇦🇮🇪
Utterly appalling and unacceptable behaviour by Minister Gvir and the Israeli government. Our Embassy has formally raised this matter with the Israeli authorities and have demanded proper and humane treatment of Irish citizen. These actions cannot be allowed to continue.
