So much has changed over the last few months. Finally decided to move, so that mess is out of my mind, resulting in more clarity.
Meanwhile, I've cut all the noise and focused on only one big project that suits my lifestyle. Freedom.
It's a lot of work, but once its done its lit
Most brands don’t need more AI. They need someone to filter the noise.
Every week, there’s a new tool.
As a brand owner or marketer, you don’t have time for that.
I’m currently exploring how brands can use AI to launch social-first campaigns in a smarter way.
Let's connect
I created this AI-powered Fake Out-Of-Home launch concept for Clay and Glow.
By placing the product at exaggerated scale in Amsterdam, it becomes instantly scroll-stopping.
No crews. No permits. No physical installs.
Faster production. Lower cost. Easy localization.

I don't regret "wasting" months doing ecom, it taught me a lot, and I needed to step away, but now it's time to double down again and I am hungry.
2026, time for a "new" path
I surpassed 10k revenue with my ecom project, and that was a milestone for me. At the same time it was a point for me where I wanted to evaluate the project and see what it brought me.
After working on it for months, I came to the following realisation
Giving me more authority -> more clients -> unlocking new income streams in the form of consultancy or coaching in the future.
I took this decision with pure intent and am also changing my living environment (bye bye Netherlands, hello Spain) for more creative energy.
@Everlier@higgsfield_ai Rule #1 never waste time as a solopreneur to try to build groundbreaking stuff because big fish in AI will make it obsolete in the blink of an eye
It's going to be a long-term success, plus I can finally scale it to newer levels.
Then for me it's a choice where to operate from... Spain (love the energy and weather) or Netherlands (robotic but a good infrastructure + work ethic)
Who knows, but I will try to deliver updates
Been away for a while, and been quiet about my progress. The whole customisation part I had wasn't working for me, it was a pain in the ass (even though it was and still is a superb idea)
The past few months/weeks I've been going back and forth about finding a long-term solutio
Meaning, keep customisation where possible but also make it so that its highly scalable and right now I think I have found the solution.
My products are higher-ticket, but within the range of people who are still buying them.
If my new solution/idea will work, it's going...
Update after one month running ads:
My webshop took off, had to pauze ads for 1 week to catch up with the backlog of orders (no dropshipping)
and ended up with 4500 euro revenue (coming from 400 the month before organic)
Of course I feel proud but there are some things:
Less conversion (I can imagine...) However then it becomes a game of volume and that might be better for me in the long run... Anyway I took home around 20% of my revenue this month, which kinda sucks... I've worked harder than my old job and got way less money...
